Moelis takes charge of Sydney's Taylor Square with $45m pub deal

Moelis hotel boss Dan Brady said the fund manager had big plans for Sydney's Taylor Square after expanding its footprint in the late-night Oxford Street precinct with the acquisition of Kinselas Hotel for $45 million.

The deal, which equalled the highest price paid for a pub this year, followed Moelis acquiring the neighbouring and historic Courthouse Hotel for $22 million last month.
