Mitsui buys into Australian housing dream with Frasers

Japanese giant Mitsui Fudosan has entered the Australian development market with an investment in Frasers Property’s $232 million MAC Residences project in Sydney’s Macquarie Park.

Tokyo-listed Mitsui Fudosan joins a string of Japanese builders and developers that have already made inroads into the Australian market such as Asahi Kasei, Kajima and Daiwa House with its undisclosed investment in the 24-storey tower.
