Mirvac’s new Aspect on Western Sydney Aerotropolis site takes off
Mirvac’s escalation of its logistics and industrial property businesses is gaining momentum with the NSW government approving the first stage of its $700 million Aspect Industrial Estate at Kemps Creek in western Sydney.
Development of the sprawling 56-hectare greenfield site in the Mamre Road precinct, part of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, is expected to start in the next three months. Completion of stage one is predicted by the end of next year.
