ASX-listed Mantra Group will open a 214-key hotel in Melbourne's outer northern suburbs after striking a management agreement with developer Too Build Group.
The $70 million Epping Mantra hotel to be built on a large corner site at 250 Cooper Street in Epping – a growth corridor suburb 18 kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD – is due to open in mid-2019.
