Mall war: Kevin Seymour accuses Dexus of anticompetitive conduct
Rich Lister Kevin Seymour has declared war on listed property giant Dexus over its attempt to block his proposed mixed-used Brisbane development in the courts, describing the move as anti-competitive and stifling development amid a housing crisis.
Mr Seymour, one of Queensland’s wealthiest men, is a developer whose stamp is all over Brisbane’s CBD, having built some of its most notable precincts, such as Post Office Square and Queens Plaza.
