Lantern Hotel Group buys Waterworks Hotel

Property briefs: The $61 million listed pub and hotel operator Lantern Hotel Group has acquired the Waterworks Hotel at Botany for $8.25 million.

The $61 million listed pub and hotel operator Lantern Hotel Group has acquired the Waterworks Hotel at Botany for $8.25 million. The debt-funded acquisition increased the group’s portfolio to 11 hotels in NSW and one in Queensland. The group has also agreed conditional terms to purchase the Beaumont Exchange Hotel in Hamilton, Newcastle for $9.25 million.Larry Schlesinger
