ISPT secures life insurance giant for ‘new build’ office tower revamp
Super fund investor and developer ISPT has secured life insurance giant TAL as the anchor tenant for a 1970s Melbourne office tower, which will undergo a $150 million overhaul to bring it into the net zero, carbon-neutral age.
TAL has pre-committed to leasing 6360 sq m of office space at 500 Bourke Street once its transformation into a 6-star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS energy rating commercial building is completed next year. ISPT will take a further two floors.
