Investors vote to delist pub owner Redcape

Investors in pub owner and operator Redcape Hotel Group have voted overwhelmingly to delist the company less than three years after it was floated by Moelis Australia (now called MA Financial) on the ASX.
At a meeting in Sydney on Friday, more than 95 per cent of the votes cast were in favour of delisting, well above the 75 per cent threshold required.
