Ingenia settlement revenue jumps as home-building constraints ease

Ingenia Communities’ new home settlement revenue jumped 24 per cent in the six months to December as completion times sped up and labour constraints eased.

Ingenia, which develops and sells affordable homes in so-called land-lease communities to over-55s who are downsizing, said the jump in settlement revenue to $143 million, and a 12 per cent gain in holiday parks revenue to $66.5 million underpinned a 22 per cent rise in total revenue to $211.6 million.
