Logistics landlord APN Industria REIT has bagged a record statutory profit, more than doubling its bottom-line result to $119.2 million, riding strong revaluation gains and collecting stronger underlying earnings than it had initially expected for financial year 2021.

Led by Alex Abell, the $720 million property trust will soon be renamed the Dexus Industria REIT after Dexus completed its takeover of the listed fund manager APN Property, which runs the logistics fund.
