HPI ends 5 years of abstinence with 2 pub spree
Hotel Property Investments has broken the long acquisitions drought for listed pub trusts, striking a deal to acquire two freehold investments in Sydney and Brisbane for a combined $60 million.
The acquisitions of the Gregory Hills Hotel near Campbelltown for $40 million and the Acacia Ridge Hotel in Brisbane for $20 million are the first assets acquired by HPI since it bought the Hotel HQ in Underwood, south-east Brisbane, for $18.1 million in August 2014.
