HomeCo, Aventus on the rise as large-format malls defy downturn

Home Consortium has bucked the trend of declining mall values, booking a 5.2 per cent boost to the value of its portfolio of 30 large-format convenience centres.
Preliminary unaudited valuations lifted the book value of HomeCo's portfolio by $49 million to $1.014 billion as of June 30.
