Holiday and caravan park operators will enjoy their busiest Easter Holiday period since the onset of the pandemic, with bookings up 40 per cent compared with the same time last year, according to new analysis by accountants BDO.
As of Wednesday, 264,000 nights of accommodation in parks across the country had been booked by holidaymakers for the 6-10 April long weekend period resulting in a forecast national occupancy rate of just under 70 per cent this Easter.
