Growthpoint settles on $125m Camberwell office block

Growthpoint Properties Australia has settled on a newly developed office building at Camberwell, in Melbourne’s leafy east, in a $125 million deal that underlines the rising interest in suburban workplaces.
The acquisition of 141 Camberwell Road, first flagged by ASX-listed Growthpoint at its interim results, has been finalised on a relatively tight yield of 4.71 per cent.
