Medical property owner Generation Healthcare REIT has upgraded its full-year operating income guidance after a strong first half that increased statutory profit by 87 per cent to $14.8 million.

The $400 million property trust, led by Miles Wentworth, has upgraded its forecast for full-year underlying net operating income per unit from 9.9¢ to 10.1¢.
