First stage of $320m suburban healthcare precinct gets green light

Privately owned developer APH Holding has secured its second major permit within a few months after winning approval for the first stage of a $320 million health hub to be built in Box Hill in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

To be called Wellington Health, the twin tower project, rising 20 storeys, will provide 100,000 square metres of medical and education facilities close to the Box Hill and Epworth hospitals and Box Hill Central train station once completed over the next six years.
