Elanor joins supermarket-anchored mall rush with $60m buy

Listed real estate fund manager Elanor Investors Group has joined the rush of institutional players buying supermarket-anchored malls, acquiring the Riverside Plaza in Queanbeyan for $60 million from a wholesale fund run by Vicinity Centres.

The deal follows fellow ASX-listed fund managers Primewest and Home Consortium snapping up four of the five supermarket-anchored neighbourhood malls that have sold since the onset of the pandemic.
