Elanor finds white knight in Primo billionaire Paul Lederer

Billionaire businessman Paul Lederer has emerged as a white knight at Elanor Investor Group, the ASX-listed real estate fund manager which is facing a backlash from shareholders over its poor performance and a growing debt pile.

Mr Lederer, who made his fortune selling smallgoods business Primo to Brazil’s JBS and is now the chairman of the Western Sydney Wanderers A-League club, will tip in $74 million to Elanor’s listed Commercial Property Fund.
