E-commerce giant plans mega shed to launch Aussie assault
Netherlands-based online retailer VidaXL kicked off what is expected to be a big year for e-commerce-led demand for industrial space, after striking a deal with Frasers to build an 81,000 square metre national distribution hub in Melbourne's west.
VidaXL which specialises in selling outdoor furniture and home and garden products, has, through its Australian subsidiary HB Commerce, committed to a land and building package on an 11.4 hectare site within Frasers Property Industrial's newly launched Canvas West estate in Tarneit.
