Dulux strikes $2m-a-year lease for new Perth warehouse

Paint maker Dulux has struck a near $2 million-a-year leasing deal to occupy a new 17,000-square-metre warehouse in Perth's south-eastern suburbs.

The $27 million distribution and storage facility at 4 Bickley Road in Maddington will be developed by veteran developer Michael Hodgson and held by his investment vehicle, Juceda Investments, which owns a 24.4-hectare site on the corner of Bickley and Kelvin Roads.
