Canberra-based development company Willemsen Group has picked up a corner site in Fortitude Valley for $11.5 million.
JLL's Elliott O’Shea and Tim Jones steered the off-market sale of the 1275sq m site at 458 Wickham Street by Brisbane-based Silverstone Developments. The site is the long-time home of the PCYC Fortitude Valley.
