Cushman & Wakefield snags former PwC partners for new advisory arm
The commercial real estate agency is seeking to tap demand for a range of consultancy services, especially in the growing world of urban regeneration work.
Cushman & Wakefield has tapped former PwC property partner Ross Hamilton to head a new 25-strong consultancy service that will offer advice on built environment projects such as urban regeneration.
Mr Hamilton, an industry veteran who previously headed EY’s real estate team, left PwC last month after more than eight years and becomes the Asia Pacific head of Cushman & Wakefield Advisory+, as the new business within the commercial real estate agency will be called.
