Cromwell launches into European logistics
Cromwell Property Group has brushed aside persistent criticism from its largest investor over its European strategy and is preparing to launch a major logistics fund in the region, seeded with seven logistics facilities in an $86 million deal.
Investing alongside Cromwell is Korean real estate investment manager, IGIS Asset Management. The two investment houses have together acquired a portfolio of seven DHL facilities in northern Italy, which will ultimately seed a new fund Cromwell plans to launch later this year.
