‘Click and collect’ keeping Aventus tenants trading

Almost a third of tenants of homemaker centre landlord Aventus have converted their stores to “click and collect” last-mile logistics hubs in response to the lockdowns in NSW and Victoria, the group disclosed as it beat its full-year earnings guidance but bunkered down for a tougher financial year.

The Brett Blundy-backed group owns 20 large-format malls worth $2.3 billion, 10 in NSW and three in metropolitan Melbourne.
