The managing director of listed childcare centre landlord Arena REIT says the sector has returned to pre-COVID profitability as it reported a 15 per cent increase in interim earnings and confirmed its full-year distribution guidance.

“Optimism among our operators is quite high,” Arena REIT boss Rob de Vos told analysts on Friday.
