Charter Hall bounces on earnings upgrade amid industrial boom
Property fund manager Charter Hall expects to lift its earnings by more than one-third this year, posting upgraded guidance after increasing its funds under management following a strong run of deals and valuation gains.
Led by David Harrison, Charter Hall has revised its guidance for after tax operating earnings to no less than 83¢ per security for financial year 2022. The upgrade represents a minimum 36 per cent growth ove the 61¢ achieved last financial year.
