The country’s largest shopping mall, Chadstone in Melbourne’s south-east, is forging ahead with plans for a $200 million-plus office tower as it taps into post-pandemic workplace trends and diversifies its real estate footprint.
The new office tower, One Middle Road, is part of the latest expansion at Chadstone, which has rolled out successive waves of redevelopment over its 60-year history.
