Centuria funds swell to $21b as agriculture beckons

Fund manager Centuria Capital has taken its pool of assets under management to $21 billion while reaffirming its full-year guidance for both earnings and distributions.

At its 2023 interim result, Centuria, which manages both listed and unlisted property funds, was on track with its half-year payout of 5.8¢ per security and confirmed it expected to deliver a full-year distribution of 11.6¢. That represents a 5.4 per cent lift on the previous year’s payout.
