Billionaire businessman Bruce Gordon has sold his WIN Grand development site for $70 million, in what is a record land transaction for the Wollongong CBD, after originally seeking a development partner to build a ‘city-shaping’ precinct on his behalf.

The development site was sold to Sydney developer and construction business Level 33 on the basis that it would still carry out Mr Gordon’s original vision of reshaping the Wollongong city centre.
