Avid Property Group has joined the land lease wave, jumping into the ranks of the 10 largest operators with the acquisition of eight operational assets from the Puljich family-owned Living Gems portfolio and the development of six new sites in its own master-planned communities.
In all, Avid said it is targeting a portfolio worth more than $1.4 billion in end value, much of it based in south-east Queensland.
