Australia's tallest prefabricated hotel Peppers in Perth up for sale

The country's tallest prefabricated hotel, the 120-room Peppers King Square in Perth, has been listed for sale a year after opening.
Built at a cost of about $25 million by Mode Developments and prefab specialists Hickory Building Systems, the 17-storey hotel has been operated by ASX-listed Mantra Group since opening on November 4 last year.
