Australian Unity expands $1.5b social infrastructure business

Australian Unity is stepping up its exposure to social infrastructure, with recent additions to its disability housing and childcare centre funds helping to lift its assets under management in the sector to around $1.5 billion.

The wealth manager’s investment arm now has one of the largest disability housing funds – known as specialist disability accommodation, or SDA – in the country.
