Andrew Roberts puts Campbell’s Stores leasehold up for sale

A consortium backed by the Rich List Roberts family has put the leasehold for the iconic Campbell’s Stores building at Sydney Harbour out to market with $100 million-plus hopes for the 170-year-old sandstone warehouse.

Leaseholder Tallawoladah, which spent a reported $32 million to refurbish the heritage-listed building in 2019, is selling the remaining 52 years of the 55-year ground lease on the three-level structure with unobstructed views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
