Australia's biggest pub landlord, ALE Property Group, has gone to court to dispute rent reviews for a group of Victorian properties after the assessments left rent substantially unchanged.

The rent reviews precede the coronavirus pandemic, which itself has left ALE relatively unscathed despite the disruption causing the closure of pubs and hotels during the lockdown.
