ALE puts $21m pub offering on the market
Australia’s largest pub landlord, ASX-listed ALE Property Group, has put four of its smaller pubs in Queensland and Victoria up for sale amid very strong demand from private investors for long-leased blue-chip investments.
The four pubs, which have a combined book value of just over $21 million – a tiny fraction of ALE’s $1.23 billion portfolio – will be offered as part of an upcoming commercial property auction hosted by agents Burgess Rawson.
