Gold Coast developer Citie Centre Ltd is on track to pay a full-year dividend of 10¢ a share after achieving a 144 per cent lift in its interim net profit to $3.2 million.

The result was struck on sales of $32 million and comes in the wake of Citie Centre's cash and scrip takeover of the beleaguered construction company Berela Ltd.
