Charter Hall funds combine for $93m Brisbane buy

Two Charter Hall-run funds have combined their buying power to acquire an office building on central Brisbane's Tank Street for $93 million from an Ariadne joint venture.
The joint venture had bought property from Blackstone-owned 151 Property Group for $56.1 million in April last year.
