Toronto-listed NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT has bought the management rights to local player Generation Healthcare REIT and increased its stake in a deal worth close to $120 million.
The NorthWest transaction, a month after the Canadian player bought an initial stake in the $480 million fund, is but the latest in a number of major deals in the healthcare property sector.
