Boutique investment manager BlackWall Property Funds has launched a new wholesale investment trust that will house a controlling interest in a Sydney fringe office building.
BlackWall gained its controlling interest in the 55 Pyrmont Bridge Road office media and IT hub after reaching agreement with National Australia Bank for the acquisition of a distressed debt position for $80 million.
