Residential developer AVJennings has taken a near 7 per cent hit on its revenue after complications at one of its projects at Cobbitty in New Wales.
Revenue dropped 6.8 per cent to $374.3 million. Net profit fell 12.2 per cent to $31.3 million after the previous year's result was boosted from a larger writeback on inventory losses.
