Accommodation parks owner Aspen is inching closer to a deal with Discovery Holiday Parks, which has revised the terms of its offer to manage Aspen's property portfolio.
Aspen's board said it was now seeking to enter into "a deed of confidentiality" with Discovery, allowing the two parties to exchange further information and paving the way for a binding proposal.
