Asia Pacific Data Centre portfolio hanging on a deal

The highly sensitive deal to sell the $280 million Asia Pacific Data Centre portfolio to a foreign buyer is yet to be approved by the Foreign Investment Review Board.

The property trust is under the effective control of its majority shareholder 360 Capital, led by Tony Pitt, after a drawn-out takeover battle with the facilities' sole tenant, NextDC. Following a global sales campaign, APDC found a potential foreign buyer for the three-asset portfolio of data centres.
