New Cap Reinsurance, which has twice failed to meet a reporting deadline for its calendar 1998 results, had still not lodged its full-year accounts with the Australian Stock Exchange late last night.

The company told the ASX last Tuesday that it hoped to issue its results within seven days, but as of late last night it had still not complied.
