NSW urges face masks on public transport

NSW is resisting pressure to follow Victoria's lead on face masks, but says it is "strongly encouraging" their use on public transport, in supermarkets and other "high-risk public settings".
After 12 new cases on Saturday – three of them from The Apollo restaurant at Potts Point – officials said the rate of community transmission was still not strong enough to warrant a mandatory order.
