NSW government renews Shenhua coal licence

The NSW government has renewed an exploration licence for a Chinese-owned coal company on the controversial Watermark Coal project site.
Resources Minister Don Harwin said the government had renewed Shenhua's licence but hadn't provided approval to commence mining.
