Tony Lewis, the disgruntled Austrim Nylex noteholder and head of Lewis Securities, is running for a seat on Austrim's board in an attempt to have his grievances heard.

His bid comes before an annual meeting season that is expected to involve institutional fund managers and other large investors taking a more active role.
