If you want Pierpont's opinion (and if you'd want that, you'd want anything), the Australian public is showing great good sense by ignoring the federal election.

With the All Ordinaries having hit 15 record highs during September, Pierpont has no doubt the punters have been devotedly making money on the market and couldn't care less if the Prime Minister has joined the rodent family or Andrew Bartlett is scratchless.
