Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus has added family law reform and a national judicial commission to his busy agenda for 2023, saying he doesn’t have a “day to waste”.
Mr Dreyfus this week released draft legislation that he said would simplify child custody battles and has circulated a discussion paper on a commission that would handle complaints against federal judges.
