The inability of the Australian Securities Commission to easily identify TNT options trader Mr Mark Booth highlights a problem facing all securities regulators, according to ASC national enforcement co-ordinator Mr Joe Longo.

Mr Longo, who has just returned from an International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) conference in Switzerland, said the Booth trading was an example of the key issue before the organisation's 70 member countries.
