Helix digs $7m into area 223

Massive drilling costing up to $7 million over the next six months by Gawler Craton gold explorer Helix Resources could produce the company's first ever gold mine, and open up opportunities for diamonds and base metals exploration.
Helix managing director, Mr Rob Mosig, said yesterday up to 6,000 metres of deep diamond drilling would be carried out between now and December with the aim of defining a gold resource to form the base for a mine development.
